About / Bio

Stylistically my paintings could be described as semi-impressionistic with an emphasis on colour and texture. Inspiration comes from my immediate surroundings, nature and its infinite beauty. I am currently working on a series inspired by the far reaching views over the huge expanse of flat lands known as the 'Somerset Levels', studying the low lands from a high vantage point and taking in the wonderfully colourful sunsets.
